Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed promptly through your original payment arrangement.

Non-returnable items

Certain items such as perishable goods or personal-care products may not be eligible for return. This will be noted on the product page where applicable.
