Shipping Policy

We deliver free of charge all across Pakistan — there are no hidden delivery charges on any order from Dastaan Plates.

Order processing

Ready-made posters are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of order confirmation. Custom posters are printed to order and are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days, since each piece is produced individually.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders normally reach major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar) within 2–3 working days. Smaller towns and remote areas may take 4–6 working days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.

Tracking your order

Every order gets a tracking code. You can check the status any time on our Track Order page, and we also share courier details once your parcel is handed over.

Packaging

All metal posters are shipped with protective film, corner protection and rigid packaging so they arrive exactly as they left us. If a parcel reaches you visibly damaged, please refuse it or photograph it before opening and contact us the same day.

Payment on delivery

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier. Prepaid orders through the payment methods shown at checkout are dispatched as soon as payment is confirmed.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or the courier could not reach you after repeated attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Return Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with what arrives on your wall. If something isn't right, here is how returns work.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or clearly not what you ordered. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

What we cannot take back

Custom and personalised posters — anything printed with your own image, name or design — cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrived damaged or we made a printing error, because these pieces cannot be resold. Products damaged through mishandling after delivery are also not eligible.

How to request a return

Contact us at admin@dastaanplates.store within the return window with your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. Our team will confirm the return and share the pickup or return-shipping instructions.

Exchanges and refunds

For a damaged, defective or wrong item, we will send a free replacement, or issue a full refund if you prefer. Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days through your original payment method; Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or mobile wallet.

Return shipping cost

If the return is due to our mistake — damage, a defect, or the wrong item — we cover the return shipping in full. If you simply changed your mind on a non-custom item, the return shipping is at your own cost.
